The Alliance – A Support Network for Nursing Homes is a Nursing Home representative organisation that was established in December 2022 by Spokesperson Shane Scanlan who actively works as a Director of Nursing for an independently run Nursing Home.
Our Alliance advocates for Nursing Homes and their residents’ cost of care needs. This is achieved through its ongoing engagement with Government Officials, the Department of Health, the National Treatment Purchase Fund (NTPF), the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) as well as many other stakeholders within the nursing home industry.
